We apply these standard return rules to participants who pay for a speaking class but do not attend. Specifically, if you miss your scheduled class, you qualify for a full return.
- Non-Attendance: You might miss the speaking class you paid for due to unforeseen reasons. In this case, you qualify for a full return under our flexible terms.
- Timeframe: First, our team must receive your request or confirm your absence. After that, we process and return your payment within 3 business days.
2. How to Request Your Money Back
Did you miss your class and want your money back? If so, simply contact us through our support channels or your account dashboard.
Additionally, we credit the amount back to your original payment method. This includes your card, Payoneer, or online wallet. Furthermore, we align these procedures with our Privacy Policy to protect your transactional data.
3. Technical Issues and Cancellations
We understand that technical difficulties can occasionally happen. For example, we might cancel a class on our end. Alternatively, you might experience documented connection problems. In these cases, our refund policy fully protects you.
